Change of bank account
Due to a change of bank service provider, our exchange office is changing its bank account number as of 9 May. This change applies to all orders that will be placed in pairs with the Czech koruna.
The new bank account number from 9 May is 1779500010/2260. Payments sent to the previous account at Raiffeisenbank will be automatically returned to the sender’s account. This applies especially to permanent payments. Therefore, please remember to change the new account number for permanent payments to the new one.
In connection with the switch to a new banking service provider, we have to temporarily suspend euro payments from 5 May. However, the unavailability of euro transfers is only temporary and we will resume them soon.
The change of bank account provider will also affect the speed of order processing. While in the case of Equa bank and Raiffeisenbank, the transfer of money between accounts was possible almost immediately, the new provider will reduce the speed of order processing due to the absence of the immediate payments function.
The fastest processing will be in the case of orders placed in the morning and mid-morning, when the order should be processed in a few hours.
Orders placed in the evening will be processed the following morning. And weekend orders will be processed on Monday morning.
To eliminate this inconvenience, we’ll be launching a new feature in the coming weeks that will allow you to send money to your Simplecoin account in advance, and then use that money to easily place instant or recurring orders. We’ll keep you posted on the launch of this feature.
